The downstairs office is approximately 300 square feet, with about 50 square feet of additional storage. An unfinished area of about 700 square feet below the front porch offers bulk storage.
Upstairs, a roughly 150-square-foot sunroom adjoins the primary bedroom, with windows on three exterior walls. The roughly 190-square-foot sewing room faces the covered front porch. The porch and deck provide outdoor places to read, think, or work.

The approximately 1,000-square-foot basement recreation room currently holds a pool table, massage chair, wide-screen television, and an electric train circling a village of David Winter cottages.
A basement bedroom is currently used as an exercise room with a treadmill, elliptical, exercise bike, rowing machine, punching bags, and other equipment. The contents of the basement may be available with the sale.
Construction and systems
Built for country living.
Stebral Construction of Iowa City was the primary contractor. The home has geothermal heating and cooling, propane service, dedicated well and two water-heating tanks, and a septic system installed when the house was built in 2012.
Equipment that may also be available with the sale includes a John Deere mower with snowplow attachment, a 2000 Ford F-150 pickup, and two kayaks. Any included items can be specified in an eventual agreement.
